WHAT IS CAMERON STEPHENS MORTGAGE TRUST?

Cameron Stephens High Yield Mortgage Trust (CSMT) provides accredited investors with an opportunity to diversify their portfolio through a curated investment strategy consisting of primarily first mortgage investments originated and underwritten by its manager, Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd. (the “Manager”). CSMT invests primarily in residential land, development, and construction loans for projects located in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

You may be considered an accredited investor if one or more of the following apply:

  • You have at least $1 million of financial assets, net of related liabilities
  • You have a net income before taxes of at least $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) in the two most recent calendar years
  • You have total assets of at least $5 million, net of liabilities
