Position Summary

About the Role

Cameron Stephens is looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager to focus on sales support. This position will work across client types (advisors, family offices and pensions) and closely with the Portfolio Management team as well as clients and partners. Reporting is to the Managing Director, Capital Markets.


  • Conduct calls to set appointments with investment advisors/portfolio managers, family offices and pension funds.
  • Learn Cameron Stephens products and prepare to effectively communicate the objectives, risks, features, and benefits of these products.
  • Analyze regional and product sales trends and market intelligence with participating broker-dealer firms, family offices and the institutional market.
  • Learn the real estate market and occasionally provide useful insights and research.
  • Assist senior sales professionals within assigned territory.
  • Assist with client marketing events and conferences.
  • Utilize contact management system to capture information and schedule follow up activities.
  • Onboard new investors in Cameron Stephens’ OM products.
  • Must have appropriate license (dealing representative)


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. CIM/CFA designation a plus.
  • Sales and client service experience, within financial services industry a plus
  • Excellent relationship, follow up, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a definite plus
  • General knowledge of the Financial Services industry
  • Motivated, mature, trustworthy, team player
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of private markets and real estate a plus
