It’s Been a Busy Summer at Cameron Stephens!


Our Western expansion continues! We are excited to announce that in June we opened a new office in Vancouver, B.C. Joining the team in Vancouver is Adam Goluboff, Business Development Manager. We’ve also taken additional space on the 7th floor at our flagship office in Toronto.

We also welcomed Dallas Marce, EVP Investor Relations and Strategy, to our team. Dallas is accountable for overall investor relations and strategy and will assist us in raising new sources of capital for our business. One such source is the Cameron Stephens High Yield Mortgage Trust, a new fund that we launched in August.

L!V Communities

Our most recent DealTalk video features L!V Communities, a family-owned business from Burlington, Ontario. Their Kaleidoscope project is a pedestrian-safe, family friendly neighbourhood located in Waterdown.

The Cameron Stephens High Yield Mortgage Trust


We are pleased to announce the launch of our new fund, the Cameron Stephens High Yield Mortgage Trust (CSMT), to support our ongoing growth and corporate strategy.

CSMT will leverage Cameron Stephens' extensive experience in the land development and construction sectors, and will generally co-invest with our existing investment entities.

The initial closing date is targeted for this fall. CSMT’s minimum investment is $150,000, and it has a target yield range of 7.00% to 9.00%, net of fees.

In July, we were thrilled to join our client, HIP Developments, at the Topping Off of Circa1877. Cameron Stephens provided $56.85 million in construction and mezzanine financing for this mixed-use 19-storey condo tower located in Waterloo, Ontario. It's great to see this project nearing completion. Congrats to HIP Developments on this monumental achievement!

Cameron Stephens Gives Back to the Gateway

We're proud to fundraise for a cause that is near and dear to our hearts. The Gateway provides 120 beds for men who are experiencing homelessness in Toronto. It provides a temporary home, meals, laundry service, showers, computer access, and support to get these men back on their feet with dignity. In March, our team was fortunate enough to spend the day creating 120 care packages filled with essential toiletries and blankets for men who otherwise have nothing. Special thanks to the Flato Group for their continued support.

In June, we hosted our annual Investors Golf Tournament and raised $44,600 for the Gateway! Thank you to our incredible investors who came out to support this deserving cause.
