Step 1: Origination

Our Origination Team thoroughly discusses each new opportunity with the client in order to determine the key priorities of the deal. This is followed by a careful review of all initial information, identifying any concerns, and assembling a loan structure tailored to the client’s needs. Then, they identify investors with the capacity and interest for this proposed loan structure, issue the Letter of Intent to outline the parameters of the deal, and transition the client into the care of our Underwriting Team.
