Jonah comes to Cameron Stephens after five years as a debt & equity broker at two of Canada’s largest commercial real estate brokerage houses. His experience has included facilitating senior, subordinate and equity financing in support of core, value-add and ground up development strategies – with a particular focus on multi-family, purpose-built rental, and commercial asset classes. His intimate understanding of market trends and land use frameworks allows him to quickly assess the strengths and challenges of a project and facilitate a lending solution to suit a borrower’s requirement.
