Cameron Stephens Mortgage Trust (CSMT) is dedicated to delivering reliable income and stability. With an average 5-year total return of 8.60%, CSMT focuses on residential land, development, and construction financing. This fund focuses on delivering stable, consistent returns while managing portfolio volatility through a conservative investment philosophy.
Bay Street High Yield Mortgage Fund (BSHY) emphasizes capital preservation while offering attractive returns. This fund combines high-yield investment strategies with rigorous due diligence and transparent reporting. Although this fund is closed to new investments, it has a 20+ year track-record and is Cameron Stephens’ flagship private investment vehicle.
Western Canada High Yield Fund (WCHY) was established in 2025 to capture growth opportunities in Western Canada’s dynamic real estate markets, with an emphasis on British Columbia and Alberta. The Fund targets residential and commercial development loans that provide enhanced yields, supported by disciplined underwriting and strong local market expertise. WCHY expands Cameron Stephens’ geographic reach while offering investors diversified exposure and the potential for attractive, risk-adjusted returns.
Cameron Stephens Senior Debt Fund is a soon to be launched limited partnership designed to generate stable, risk-adjusted returns through the origination of senior secured first mortgages on commercial real estate in large, liquid urban markets across Canada. The Fund will target an annual yield of 6% to 8%.
