Senior Vice President, Credit
Daniel Leitch is Senior Vice President, Credit at Cameron Stephens. He leads the firm’s loan syndication strategy and oversees credit underwriting across all commercial real estate lending activities. Daniel is responsible for distributing loans to a broad network of institutional and private lending partners, while also expanding capital relationships and onboarding new lending partners to support the firm’s continued growth.
Daniel has over a decade of real estate experience, focused on land, servicing and construction financing. Daniel is a member of the Internal Investment Committee, playing a key role in the deal structuring and credit adjudication process and is responsible for the comprehensive review and assessment of all investment opportunities to ensure conformance with company and investor requirements.
Daniel has an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) in Urban Studies from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder. Daniel is licensed as a Mortgage Agent level 1 in Ontario.
