Ian Wilson serves as Vice President, Origination at Cameron Stephens, where he is responsible for sourcing and structuring new loan opportunities, managing client relationships, and mentoring future originators and analysts to drive business growth and strengthen market leadership. In 2023, Ian originated $331 million across 26 transactions, earning him the title of top Originator at Cameron Stephens. Ian’s client focus and financial background, combined with his cross-functional expertise in credit and sales, enable him to bring industry best practices to commercial real estate debt structuring.
Ian also serves as a Dealing Representative for Cameron Stephens Securities Ltd., supporting capital-raising efforts. Beyond his professional role, Ian actively promotes community engagement, reinforcing the company’s commitment to philanthropy.
Ian holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph’s School of Management & Economics. Ian is licensed as a mortgage agent level 2 in Ontario.
