Jonathan brings 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience to Cameron Stephens, with a track record spanning construction financing, bridge financing, and commercial term debt across a range of asset classes.
Prior to joining Cameron Stephens, Jonathan spent nine years with Laurentian Bank of Canada, most recently as Senior Account Manager, where he held progressively senior roles in commercial real estate lending while also contributing to the training and development of underwriting staff. Earlier in his career, Jonathan held underwriting roles with a large Canadian pension plan, a CMBS conduit lender, and a private lending group — giving him a broad institutional foundation across multiple lender types and credit disciplines.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. He is based in Cameron Stephens’ Calgary office and focuses on originating and structuring new lending opportunities throughout Western Canada.
