Kevin Stark is Managing Director, Strategy & Investments at Cameron Stephens, where he oversees investment management and capital markets and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s broader strategic priorities. His mandate includes the development of new investment products, joint ventures and structured opportunities, as well as supporting the firm’s continued growth into new business lines and markets.
Kevin brings more than 15 years of experience across real estate investment, capital markets, corporate strategy and operations. Prior to joining Cameron Stephens, he held senior leadership roles with a leading Canadian real estate investment manager, where he was responsible for investment strategy, portfolio growth, joint ventures and platform development. Earlier in his career, he worked in real estate investment banking and with a major institutional pension fund manager, gaining broad experience across acquisitions, capital formation and investment management.
Throughout his career, Kevin has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of significant real estate portfolios and has helped establish and scale investment platforms across multiple asset classes and markets.
