Manpreet is the Head of HR at Cameron Stephens, where she leads the people strategy that supports the company’s continued growth and evolution. Her work spans organizational design, leadership development, talent and performance, compensation, employee experience, and culture. She is building the people infrastructure and practices that enable both the business and its people to thrive
Before joining Cameron Stephens, Manpreet served as Head of HR in the real estate industry, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 700 employees across Canada. That experience sharpened her expertise in scaling growing businesses: at heart, she’s a builder, equally comfortable designing the systems a growing organization needs and rolling up her sleeves to help people thrive within them.
Manpreet holds a Chartered Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation through the HRPA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph.
