Nate Larsen is Vice President, Origination at Cameron Stephens, where he originates and structures commercial mortgage transactions while building the firm’s origination platform across Western Canada and Ontario.
With more than a decade in commercial real estate finance, Nate has originated and advised on more than $1 billion in commercial mortgage transactions, spanning conventional and CMHC-insured construction, term, and bridge financing. He works closely with developers, investors, and institutional capital partners to structure and execute complex transactions, pairing an entrepreneurial approach to origination with disciplined underwriting and credit alignment. Nate is known for long-term relationship building and a hands-on, mentorship-driven leadership style, which he brings to growing and developing the origination team at Cameron Stephens.
Based in Victoria, British Columbia, Nate represents Cameron Stephens across Western Canada and Ontario.
