Senior Director, Mortgage Origination
Pavel brings more than a decade of experience in real estate finance to Cameron Stephens’ Western Canada team. Based in Vancouver, Pavel is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing new commercial real estate financing opportunities across the region, while building strong relationships with brokers, developers, and borrowers to support the firm’s continued growth in the West.
Pavel brings more than a decade of experience in real estate finance to the team. He joins us from Trez Capital, where he served as Associate Vice President, Canadian Origination, originating and underwriting complex debt and equity transactions across a wide range of asset classes, from land acquisitions to industrial construction. Earlier in his career, he built his foundation at Hungerford Properties, progressing from accounting into asset management.
Pavel brings a strong combination of origination expertise, underwriting discipline, and strategic relationship management to his role at Cameron Stephens.
Pavel holds a Diploma in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Economics from Omsk State University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and holds a Mortgage Sub-Broker license in British Columbia.
