As Chief of Staff, Pete plays a mission-critical role — acting as the operational Integrator responsible for translating vision into execution, driving strategic alignment, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. He helps maintain organizational focus, accelerate key priorities, and build a high-performance, values-driven culture that supports the company’s continued growth.
A seasoned executive, Pete has held President, CEO, CMO, and CRO roles across industries including retail, hospitality, digital, real estate, consumer goods, and credit. As Chief Revenue Officer at INDOCHINO (2015–2021), he helped drive ~45% CAGR over five years. He previously served as CEO and Director of Lavalife, later returning as President to lead its M&A transition. As President of Milestones Restaurants (2006–2009), he delivered record sales and EBITDA through a successful transformation. Pete has also led interim C-suite mandates through his consulting firm, supporting high-growth companies across Canada
