Riccky Dasgupta is Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital. In this role, he oversees the firm’s fully integrated mortgage division, which includes Relationship Management (Origination, Underwriting, and Account Management), Credit & Syndication, and Investment Management. Riccky brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, credit expertise, and client-first leadership, and plays a central role in driving performance, integration, and innovation across the lending platform.
Previously, Riccky served as Vice President, Mortgage Origination, where he led a high-performing team responsible for originating approximately $2.0 billion annually. He also chaired the Deal Qualification Committee and played a key role in structuring and adjudicating credit across the firm’s commercial real estate transactions.
Riccky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). His commitment to professional development is exemplified by his possession of multiple designations, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Riccky is licensed as a Mortgage Broker in Ontario.
