Sean Fleming is Executive Vice President & Managing Director at Cameron Stephens Equity Capital (CSEC). Since its inception, Sean has led the team in developing multiple high-profile projects, focusing on forming strong partnerships with leading developers and delivering competitive returns for investors.
With over 20 years of experience, Sean has managed the underwriting, due diligence, financing and execution of more than 35 residential and mixed-use projects, encompassing 14,600 residential units, 550,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and $2.25 billion in project financing. Prior to CSEC, he served as Vice President at Metropia, where he was responsible for site acquisitions and development management.
Sean holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a double major in Real Estate and Corporate Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
